Enjoy Sea Breeze at Hove

After Christmas, it comes the Boxing Day--a shopping holiday. The biggest shopping sale day of a year offer great discounts up to 50-70%, which is exciting!
A store at Hove
It is also a short break between Christmas and New Year for embracing the new future. Thus, except for shopping, I make an excursion to the seaside at Hove and take the train to Southease to enjoy the  nature of countryside itself.

There is a long seaside road ith sidewalks from Brighton City to Hove (around 20 minutes, shopping Centre is in the middle of the way). By taking a walk, it just like from a buzzing downtown to a quiet resident area.

Lucky with today’s sunshine, it is not so cold to have some breeze in the beach. Listening to the sound of sea waves clashing over the land, seagulls hunting for their food, and having a dialogue with the sea, the world suddenly becomes still.

Pebbles display on the beach in order by their different sizes, the closer to the beach, the smaller they are. Besides, some beautiful shapes of them seem to entail different histories behind. The main colour of beach stones cluster here is cream brown; few are light-blue, dark-red or black and white mixed….

Even stones know love
Peering into the beautiful beach stones with its nature force is really magic. Finally, I cannot help to pick up one (the one looks like cheese) and take it back home.

People with their dogs walk along the beach (such a harmony) allure my eyes so much.

Passing by three churches at Hove, each is very unique. One is just next to the resident building with a beautiful cherry tree along the church wall and pigeons rest on it. The second one has some words worthy to stop and read. And the third one has a very pretty garden.

Merry X’mas Special in London

Merry Christmas!
The capital of the UK - London is celebrating the wonderful Christmas season.
the left spots are the rain drops on my camera!!

It is always easy to travel here. London’s tube lines are categorized by colours, and I love ducking in the undergrounds to travel to every corner in the city. Zone 1 and Zone 2 are the most popular areas: from Piccadilly Circus, Westminster, Covent Garden, Oxford Circus, Leicester square, South Kensington, to Tower Hill, are where all the Christmas lights photos I took!

Covent Garden's Apple Market is full of Christmas joy, people come for gadgets or trinkets, drinks, food, shopping, or just hanging around.

National History Museum has opened the Ice Rink  for everyone to skate with pop music, next to it, the merry-go-round shining in the dark, really makes the museum come alive!

And of course, never miss Tower Bridge at night, although it is currently maintaining parts of its structures (I walked through on it), it still looks magnificently standing along the Thames river and up to the sky.

Just follow the tube map, it leads you to discover London's annual Christmas extravaganza! Besides, this time I hosteled in North Greenwich, where I ate the most delicious fried chicken at midnight made by an Indian. I hope revisit it again!
